Terms and cancellation
Terms
- Day and monthly tickets are personal and cannot be transferred.
- Young children who cannot skate are not allowed on the ice without an adult family member who can skate.
- Anyone who does not follow the rink rules will be removed from the facility without a refund.

There are no escorts or assisting staff during public sessions. If you can’t skate, we don’t recommend joining public sessions; our facility is not responsible for any sprains, injuries or damage that may occur. To learn to skate, take a look at our private lessons.
Skate walker and penguin aid prices are for one session. These aids are not toys: they are used to support children who cannot yet skate and to help them learn. If they are used for play, our staff will take them back.

Terms, cancellation and payment
Terms
- At the end of the first lesson you can pay just the single-lesson price or buy the 3+1 or 5+3 package. If you buy a package, the lesson you have taken counts as its first lesson.
- To earn the free lessons, all lessons in the package must be used. If the package is cancelled, the free lessons cannot be used.
- The whole package, including free lessons, must be used within 60 days; unused lessons are not refunded.
- In a 2-person package, if one person cannot continue, the remaining lessons of the person leaving are refunded, and the remaining lessons of the person continuing are carried over as credit to a new package.
- On registration, a doctor’s report stating “no objection to doing sports” is required.
- A package can be frozen only for health or travel reasons, once per package: for up to 30 days for travel, and for health reasons for the period stated in the doctor’s report (until the end of the season at the latest). There is no extra charge for freezing; send your request by WhatsApp or e-mail.
Cancellation
- You can cancel or reschedule free of charge by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail up to 24 hours before your lesson. Later cancellations and missed lessons count as taken.
- In a 2-person lesson, if one person does not come, the lesson goes ahead with the other person for the full time; the absent person’s lesson is used up.
- Lessons cancelled because of the instructor, ice maintenance or the facility are made up and the package period is extended; if a lesson cannot be made up, its fee is refunded in full.
- If you cancel up to 24 hours before the first lesson, the full payment is refunded. For later cancellations, 20 percent is deducted from the value of the remaining paid lessons, and free lessons are not refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days by your original payment method.
Payment
- The package price is paid in full on registration: cash, credit card or bank transfer. We do not offer instalments.
- Once a package is paid for, later price changes do not affect it.

Booking in advance is required. Both 1- and 2-person lessons are taught by one instructor; only the number of students differs. Packages, including free lessons, must be used within 60 days.
